Added Self Service Forms - PTE as an available tile in the Q2 Console dashboard in all testing environments. (CONSOLE-1500)

This tile was added as an option to permanent testing environments (PTEs) only. This change only affects FIs who have access to a PTE. Please note that PTE Console tiles are not configurable in Tile Set Management.

The Audit Investigation Report is being enabled for FIs on an ongoing basis and may not be currently available for your FI.
The Audit Investigation Report has been added as an option to Generated Reports. The Audit Investigation Report will replace the existing Administration > Audit functionality in Q2central. This report includes any Q2 audit actions that are available in an FI's environment. Audit actions may vary due to an FI's specific products, single sign-ons (SSOs), and SDK integrations that exist, if any.
Required report parameters include the desired Start Date and End Date you wish to pull data from, as well as a required Primary parameter. Depending on the Primary parameter selected, subsequent secondary report parameters will display, which may be mandatory or optional.
Additional parameters include whether to display if the audit event occurred when a CSR User was using the CSR Assist feature, as well as whether to display additional XML details for the audit action.
Note
This report can return a large amount of data. For best results, request the minimum date range for your needs, and make sure the primary parameter from which you wish to pull data is correct.
To view and run this report, certain entitlements must be given to the CSR User. Required entitlements include:
