What's new

Added Preferences tab for Groups

The Group pane now includes a Preferences tab that contains additional Group configuration options, such as themes, forms, and message groups. Use this tab to view and edit a Group's security profile (the type of alerts available to end users in the Group) and landing page (the first page that displays after end users in the Group log in to digital banking).

The Themes and Forms sections list the digital banking themes and forms available to end users in the Group. Select the options menu next to the desired table to allow additional themes or forms. The Secure Message Recipient Groups section lists the secure message groups that are allowed to receive messages from end users in the Group. Select the options menu to allow additional message groups to receive secure messages from the Group.

Improved ACH information management for Groups

The ACH tab in the Group pane now includes the Pass thru SEC table, which lists the SEC codes that end users in the Group can use in an ACH PassThru file. In addition, you can now edit the Group's ACH aggregate limits and the allowed SEC codes for ACH transactions and ACH PassThru files. Select options (Options menu icon) next to the table you want to edit. (ONBD-1153, ONBD-1163, ONBD-1164, ONBD-1165)

Added the ability to delete a Group using options in the Profile tab. (ONBD-1214)
Added the ability to copy an existing Group using options in the Profile tab. (ONBD-1213)
Added Delete Group quick action to Group search results. (ONBD-1109, ONBD-1287)
Added Policy Dashboard to the Group pane for Corporate Groups. The pane navigation menu will automatically show or hide tabs that are applicable to the Group's Corporate setup. (ONBD-1075)
Added a warning message for FIs with Group Access Mapping that displays after adding or copying a Group to inform the CSR of required next steps. (ONBD-1233)
