What's new

Added Group Access Mapping (GAM)

Q2 Console now supports Group Access Mapping (GAM). GAM allows FI staff to control the level of access CSRs have to Customer, User, and Login ID records that belong to specific Groups.

For FIs with GAM enabled:

  • The user creation workflow will determine whether an FI has GAM enabled. If so, the CSR is prompted to assign a GAM team to a user.

  • An Edit GAM team CTA is added to Q2central CSR profiles to allow CSRs to update the GAM that a CSR is assigned to.

Admins are able to manage GAM from the side navigation menu.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where CSR Role entitlements weren't displaying correctly on the Console CSR Q2central profile tab. (CONSOLE-1136)

Additional changes

  • Added validation to the CSR Login ID field on the Add Console CSR and Edit profile for Q2 Console CSR pages to verify whether the CSR name is already in use. (CONSOLE-958)

  • Implemented various design and usability updates. (CONSOLE-1016, CONSOLE-1018, CONSOLE-1019)

  • When an API call fails or times out, an error banner appears to alert users of the status. (CREPORT-492)
