This release includes the following updates:
You can now a send password reset for a Login in the Profile tab of the Login pane. Passwords can be reset regardless of the status of the Login.
To send the end user a password reset, select Send password reset and choose a secure access code (SAC) target to receive the reset. This option is also available as a quick action on Login search results, as well as in options on a Login in the Login list tab. (ONBD-1053)
You can now perform the following actions to Logins from within options in Profile tab of the Login pane:

Reset browser activation—resets browser activations for the Login, requiring the end user to re-authenticate with multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log back in. This option also resets the number of times the Login is allowed to retrieve SACs. (ONBD-1055)

Renew initial password—renews the Login's initial password. Initial passwords expire if end users do not log in to digital banking with the password before the expiration date, as set in the Password Policy. (ONBD-1056)

Reset password to default—resets the Login's password to the default value specified in the system configuration. Only available for Logins in the Voice digital banking channel. (ONBD-1057)

Fixed an issue where options in the Login list tab of the Login pane didn't display for CSRs with View + Unlock rights in Group Access Mapping (GAM). (ONBD-1087)

Fixed an issue where the Login search results displayed incorrect Login statuses. (ONBD-1084)

Fixed an issue where CSRs could move Customers to Groups they didn't have GAM rights to. Now, CSRs will need Full rights to a Group in GAM to be able to select it from the Group list in the Profile tab of the Customer pane. (ONBD-1080)

Added error messages that display when CSRs try to make Customer-level profile or account changes but are unable to because the Customer has an account with pending transactions or no longer has rights to the account that changes are being made to. (ONBD-1081)
The Feature Data tab has been updated to provide additional data for the Contextual Personal Financial Management (CPFM) feature of digital banking. There are now two CPFM reports: CPFM Accounts and CPFM Users. The CPFM Accounts report continues to provide data for external accounts, external financial institutions, and external product types. The new CPFM Users report provides unique visualizations on the total number of users that have:

Been granted permissions in Q2central.

Accepted the CPFM terms and conditions.

Aggregated an account.

The data provided on the CPFM Users report is updated on the first of every month, and is available after 3:30 PM Central Time.
