Q2 Console added two new pages, accessible from the CSR Users page within Administration: Q2 Console profile and Q2central profile. These pages are available using the options menu or by selecting a CSR from the table. Both pages allow CSR users to view and manage individual CSR information and access levels within Q2 Console and Q2central.
The Q2 Console profile page provides the CSR's email address, linked Q2central CSR login name (if applicable), Console tile set, status, CSR type, and environment access.
CSR users can perform the following actions from the options menu:

The Q2central profile page provides the CSR's Q2central login name, CSR role, email, back office channel access, linked Console CSR name and email, CSR role rights, and Q2central message groups.

Unlink CSR
The options menu in the Message groups section allows CSR users to enable and disable secure messaging groups for the CSR.
CSR users that do not have a linked Q2central profile have the option to link an existing Q2central CSR account or add a new Q2central CSR account from within Q2 Console. (CONSOLE-572)
