This release includes the following updates:
-
Added Remove admin rights to options on the Console CSRs page in Console CSR Management - Beta. This option removes admin rights and access to Console CSR Managment. (CONSOLE-434)
-
Added an environment dropdown menu to the top of the Q2 Console landing page to prepare for an upcoming feature that allows CSRs to switch to the FI's permanent test environment (PTE). (CONSOLE-351)
Note
Support for PTEs will release in Q1 2022 as a configuration for FIs with an existing PTE. More information will be provided in the future, including how your FI can enable this feature.
A new Subsidiaries tab added to the Customer pane allows CSRs to add, edit, and delete subsidiaries for Business and Corporate Customers. The user interface and workflows for subsidiary management have been unified with subsidiary management in digital banking.
Select Add Subsidiary to add a new subsidiary to the Customer for ACH, Wire, or ACH & Wire payment types. Select the options menu to edit or delete a subsidiary.
Note
The subsidiary management feature was included in the 1.0.36 release, but this text was added after the 1.0.36 release notes were initially published.
(TRBRD-29)
A Home tab added to the search page includes shortcuts to filtered searches for disabled and locked Logins. This is the new default tab of the search page. (ONBD-1170, ONBD-1086)
Previously, if a CSR was inactive longer than the session timeout time configured for Q2central, they were logged out of User management. Now, CSRs will remain logged in to User management after the Q2central session inactivity time elapses if they still have an active Q2 Console session. This update allows for the application to consider CSRs with multiple browser tabs and sessions. (ONBD-1072)
-
Fixed an issue where the date picker for date-of-birth fields didn't allow CSRs to select dates for birthdays less than 18 years of age. (ONBD-1034)
-
Fixed an issue where, when CSRs returned to the search page after viewing a profile, the search criteria dropdown in the Users and Logins tabs was blank and the First name field was missing. (ONBD-1270)
-
Removed the Customer list tab from the Customer pane to temporarily address an issue where the page loads slowly or fails if the Group has a large number of Customers. The Customer list tab will return in a future release when page load issues are fixed. (ONBD-1313, ONBD-1319)
