This release includes the following updates:
A new Console CSR Management - BETA tile has been added to the Q2 Console landing page. This tile allows FI administrators to manage CSRs that use Q2 Console to assist digital banking end users. Console CSR Management is only available for Console Group Admins.
Note
CSRs with the Can Manage CSR right enabled in Q2central are granted admin rights once they've enrolled in Q2 Console.
The following actions can be performed by Console CSR admins:

Reset multi-factor authentication

Resend login activation emails

Enable and disable Console CSRs

Delete Console CSRs

Allow administrator rights
Console CSR Management is currently in beta. Some administrative actions from the existing Console CSR Management tile that utilizes the Okta Admin Console are not yet available in this feature preview. The existing Console CSR Management tile will be replaced and made unavailable by the new Console CSR Management feature in a future release. You can now view and manage digital banking Groups in User management.
Note
To manage Groups in Console, the USER MANAGEMENT: Manage Groups right must be enabled for your CSR Role in Q2central.
Expand the Group pane of an end-user record to view information about the Group in the Profile tab, including the name, ID, and type. Use the Feature rights and Transaction rights tabs to manage digital banking feature and transaction rights for the Group.
The ACH tab comprises two tables to view ACH information. The ACH Aggregate limits table includes aggregate limit descriptions and amounts. The ACH SEC Codes table includes group information, class code, and class code ID. (ONBD-1110, ONBD-1119, ONBD-1137, ONBD-1143, ONBD-1144, ONBD-1152, ONBD-1162)
A new Customer list tab has been added to the Customer pane. This tab lists all the Customers that belong to the Group currently being viewed. You can also use Add Customer to add new Customers under the active Group.
Select a Customer in the list to view the Customer record. Select options to add a User to the selected Customer or to view the Customer's list of Users. (ONBD-1079)
The following updates have been made to the search page:

Added the Groups tab to the search page, where you can search for Groups by Group name or Group ID. (ONBD-1107)

Added search filters to the Users and Logins tabs that allow you to filter searches by User or Login status. (ONBD-1117, ONBD-1085)
Previously, CSRs were able to select Voice contacts when resetting passwords even though that functionality not being supported, resulting in password reset phone calls that were completely silent. Now, Voice contacts no longer appear in the list of delivery targets when resetting a password. (ONBD-1212)
