What's new

Added CSR Roles page

Added a new Q2central CSR roles page accessible from the new side navigation menu. The Q2central CSR roles page includes:

  • a searchable list of all CSR roles and their role ID.

  • a list of rights and forms enabled for each role.

  • the ability to enable/disable rights and forms for each role.

  • the ability to rename CSR roles.

Additional changes

  • Added a side navigation menu where admins can access the CSR Users and CSR Roles pages. (CONSOLE-573)

  • Renamed the "Console CSR Management" tile to "Administration". (CONSOLE-562)

  • Updated the Edit CSR dialog to support login name (email) changes. After a CSR's login name is changed, Console automatically re-links their Q2central login if it was previously linked. (CONSOLE-650)

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where admins couldn't assign permanent test environment (PTE) access to themselves or other CSRs. (CONSOLE-651)
