What's new

Updated the Search page

The following updates were made to the Search page:

  • Added a Logins tab where CSRs can search by Login name. (ONBD-611)

  • Added a Users tab where CSRs can search by User's name. (ONBD-593)

  • Changed "Primary CIF" to "Customer CIF" in the search criteria list. (ONBD-648)

Improved Policy Dashboard integration

The following updates were made to improve the Policy Dashboard integration:

  • Added a Customer User Role field to the Profile section of the User pane where CSRs can assign roles to Users. (ONBD-634)

  • Updated the Policy Dashboard section of the User pane so that, if the User is not assigned to a role, CSRs are prompted to assign or create a role.

Note

The Policy Dashboard integration is currently in development and not recommended for production use.

Additional changes

  • Added validation to fields in the Transaction Rights section of the Customer pane to ensure values entered into the fields don't exceed the maximum amount limit and are not negative values or letters. (ONBD-568)

Fixes

  • Removed the option for CSRs to add accounts to a Customer by Account # if the FI is configured not to allow it. (ONBD-600)

  • Fixed an issue where some accounts didn't display while adding accounts to a Customer. (ONBD-629)

  • Fixed an issue where CSRs were unable to add new Exact/TMS customers because their FI configuration did not require issued check file formats. (ONBD-641)

  • Fixd an issue where, if an account right was disabled at the Customer level, CSRs were still able to enable the right at the User level. (ONBD-603)
