The Manage group access mapping table provides information on and allows you to make updates to the members, Groups, and rights of a given GAM team.
You can edit the Group rights of, assign members to, rename, or delete a GAM team on the corresponding row.
On the desired row, select options > Edit group rights.
Select the Enabled checkbox on the row of a given Group to add them to the team, or clear the checkbox to remove a Group. For teams that are enabled, select whether a Group gets Full Rights, can View only, View + Unlock, or has No Rights. Use the search function to search for a Group by name.
Tip
You can also edit Group rights by expanding GAM team information and selecting Edit group rights.
On the desired row, select options > Assign members.
Select the Enabled checkbox on the row of a given CSR to add them to the team, or clear the checkbox to remove a member. Use the search function to search for a CSR by name.
Tip
You can also edit group rights by expanding GAM team information and selecting Assign members.
Select expand on a given row to view details for a team's members, group, and rights. Select the Expand all toggle to expand details for all teams. You can also Assign members and Edit group rights through expansion.
Select View unassigned members to view and search unassigned members by CSR or login name.
Select add team to create a new team name and assign its members.
Note
Members can only be a part of one team at a time. If you select a member that's already assigned to a team, that member's previous team access will be overridden with the new team.
You can filter group access mapping by team, member, Group, and rights.
1. Select the Members dropdown.
2. Search for or select the desired member, or enable the Select all toggle.
Note
To quickly select a specific Member, select Only to clear all and select only that member.
3. Select OK.
Tip
The filtered table only displays teams with the selected filtered members in that team. Expand the row for each team to display the Groups that belong to the team.
Note
Select View all members in Team to view all members that belong to a given team.

Select the Groups dropdown.

Search for or select the desired Group, or enable the Select all toggle.
Note
To quickly select a specific Group, select Only to clear all and select only that Group.

Select OK.

The filtered table only displays Groups with the selected filtered members in that team. Expand the row for each team to display the Groups that belong to the team.

Select View all members in Group to view all Groups that belong to a given team. This option only appears after you filter by team.
