Rights for CSR roles in Q2 Console
This reference contains the list of CSR rights (permissions) that can be enabled for CSR roles. Some rights may be specific to various products, including Q2central, Q2 Console, and Q2 Co-Pilot.

Administration rights
CSR right | Description |

Administration: Access Auditing | Display details about usage of Q2 products by FI staff and digital banking end users on the Administration > Auditing page. |
Administration: Bank Holidays | Add, change, or delete bank holidays that define when the processing of selected transaction types will stop and resume. |
Administration: Change Global Splashboard Settings | Configure widgets on the Home page that appears after logging into Q2central. |

Log into digital banking on behalf of an end user if the USER MANAGEMENT: Manage User Logins right is also enabled. |

Administration: Require Token during Back Office Login | CSR Users that belong to a CSR Role with this right enabled must provide a Symantec VIP token code to log into Q2central. |
Administration: Send Broadcast Message | Send broadcast messages to all Customers. |
Q2 Co-Pilot rights

Co-Pilot: Can edit User status | The ability to edit a User's status in Q2 Co-Pilot. |
Co-Pilot: Can view unmasked Secure Access Contact | The ability to view unmasked Secure Access Contact information connected to a profile in Q2 Co-Pilot. |

Communication: Manage Marketing Messaging | Add, view, change, or delete Marketing Messages that appear to end users in online banking. Specifically, this right relates to the management of ad elements and system notifications. |
Communication: Secure Messaging | Manage secure communications between end users and message groups that consist of various FI staff members. |
Communication: Message Group Members | Manage FI staff that are members of a message group. |

Transaction: Process Statement Delivery Preferences | Create a file that contains the opt-in/opt-out e-statement preferences for all end users. |
Transaction: View All Transactions | View all transactions.

Currency Exchange Tier Management - Edit | Edit the tier ranges on the Tier Management - Int'l Wire page in Q2central and the tables on the International wire exchange rates page in Q2 Console Transactions.

Add, view, change, or delete all Customers. |
User Management: Manage Groups (for top-level rights Group only) | Add, view, change, and delete Group features, rights, and preferences. |
User Management: Manage Host Password |
Access the Primary Host Customer Number field on the User General tab. Used for FI core systems that require additional passwords.
Note: This right is only available if an FI uses an Open Solutions, Inc. (OSI) core that requires a host PIN to pull back data.
