Draft workflow in Experience Builder (Q2 Config)
Drafts in Q2 Config capture the information about a specific change or set of changes.
- A change is a modification to an FI environment, such as a string edit.
- A draft is a collection of changes in a named list. A draft can be in one of the following statuses:
- NEW, where a draft has been created, but no changes are associated with it.
- Editing, where changes have been made for the draft, but no preview has been generated for the changes.
- In Review, where the compilation process has been completed that creates a non-expiring URL to allow a draft to be viewed before publishing.
- Published, where the temporary changes are now permanent and active for the environment.
The following table describes actions you can or cannot perform for each draft status:
