Actions and limitations of Experience Builder (Q2 Config)

Q2 Config allows you to edit your FI's environment, preview the changes against a running system, and keep track of who changed what and when.

What changes can I make using Q2 Config?

You can perform the following actions in Q2 Config:

• Update most UI text strings (strings that are used in the underlying logic for your FI's environment cannot be edited by Q2 Config)

• Edit a non-English version of a string

• Push string updates to live environments, including previewing for multiple device types
• Edit the Navigation Landing Pages
• Customize the navigation set
• Update the primary, secondary, or tertiary colors of an existing theme
• Update brand logos (desktop only)
• Update background images (desktop and mobile login)
• Update interstitial images (desktop, table, and mobile)

Although Q2 Config is a powerful tool, there are some limitations to what an FI can do. The following can only be performed by internal Q2 implementation and support staff. Please contact Q2 Support for assistance.

• You cannot update the UUX version that your FI uses.
• You cannot create new environments within an FI.
