Using Account search in User Management
Use Account search to search for Customer, User, and User Role information by Account number or Account CIF.
The results provided by an account search are shown for the Customer, User, and/or User Role levels. In the retrieved search results, the User/Role name column will categorize each result with a corresponding label showing the appropriate level.
- User—the retrieved result contains User information
- Role—the retrieved result contains User Role information
- N/A—the retrieved result contains Customer name information but no User or User Role information
To search for a Customer or User by Account number or CIF
- Select the Accounts tab in the top navigational menu to access the Internal account search page.
- From the dropdown near the search bar, select either the Account number or Account CIF criteria.
Note: Select the star () icon next to an Account search option to set it as the default search criteria.
- Enter information in the search box based on the search criteria you selected and select Search (). A list of search results appears.
Account search result options
Once search results are retrieved, actions can be taken for individual results using the options menu () or the expand () icon. These icons are typically located on the far right of each row.
User Role and Customer results
The following actions are available for User Role and Customer results:
- Select the options menu () > Go to Customer list
- Select the options menu () > Go to Customer's profile
- Select the options menu () > Go to Customer's internal accounts

Select expand () on a row to display more account information. To expand all results, select the Expand all toggle ().
Note: The expand all feature is disabled if the returned search results are greater than 10.
User Name results
The following actions are available for User Name results:
- Select the options menu () > Go to User list
- Select the options menu () > Go to User's profile
- Select the options menu () > Go to User's internal accounts
- Select the options menu () > Go to Customer's profile
- Select the options menu () > Go to Customer's internal accounts
- Select expand () on a row to display more account information. To expand all results, select the Expand all toggle ().

Filter Account search results
You can filter Account search results by Account type, Customer name, and User/Role name. Filter options display above the search results table.
To filter by Account type
- Select the Account type dropdown ().

Search for or select the desired account type, or enable the Select all toggle ().
Note: To quickly select a specific Account type, hover over the desired Account type and select Only. This will clear the filter and select only that Account type.
To filter by Customer name
- Select the Customer name dropdown ().

Search for or select the desired Customer name, or enable the Select all toggle ().
Note: To quickly select a specific Customer name, hover over the desired Customer name and select Only. This will clear the filter and select only that Customer name.
To filter by User/Role name
- Select the User/Role name dropdown ().

Search for or select the desired User/Role name, or enable the Select all toggle ().
