Unlocking Logins in Q2 Co-Pilot
You can unlock Logins for an end user if the status is Login Locked Out.
To unlock a Login
- Search for the end user's record.
- Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.
- On the Login pane, select > Unlock Login.
- Select Unlock in the Unlock Login? dialog box. The Login status changes to Normal.
Note: A User with a status of Disabled or Inactive may prevent a login from working even if the Login status is Normal. Contact a member of FI staff with access to Q2central for further assistance.
