The User pane displays data about the person to whom the Login belongs. In a commercial setting, the User could be an employee of the company or organization described in the Customer pane.
Every Login has a corresponding User record, and every User record has a corresponding Customer record. It is likely that most Consumer Banking users (that is, individuals or families, as opposed to Business or Commercial users) do not know about these relationships, so we recommended only discussing the Login with end users. However, understanding the User and Customer relationship may be helpful when troubleshooting access issues.
The User pane is broken into three sections:
-
User profile
-
Contact information
-
SAC contacts
-
User accounts
-
