Where are these rights and entitlements managed in Q2central?
To set the Back-Office Channel Access for a CSR, go to Administration > CSR Users and find the CSR user. Double-click the CSR and edit the Back-Office Channel Access in the General tab.
To set the rights for a CSR role, go to Administration > CSR Roles. Double-click the CSR role and manage the Rights in the General tab.
Group Access Mapping (GAM) rights are only required if your FI has GAM configured. If applicable, go to Administration > Group Access Mapping to change the rights of a CSR team to Full Rights.
