You can enable and disable a User in the User pane of the user record. Disabling a User prevents all Logins under that User from being used by end users until it is re-enabled.
You can only enable Users that are Disabled, and you can only disable Users that are Enabled.

Search for the end user's record.

Validate the end user’s identity according to FI policy.

In the User pane, select
> Enabled User.

Select Enable. The User is now enabled.
