Q2 Co-Pilot release notes
Latest releases
October 30, 2024 (Q2 Co-Pilot 2.0.15)
This release includes the following updates:
What's new
- Updated Co-Pilot to allow CSR users the ability to access CSR Assist without also requiring full rights to Group Access Mapping (GAM). Previously, if an FI used GAM, CSR users were required to have the ADMINISTRATION: CSR Assist entitlement, the USER MANAGEMENT: Manage UserLogins entitlement, and full GAM rights. Now, the first two entitlements listed are still required, but as long as the CSR user has access to view the Group, they can now access CSR Assist.
Note: This update will only affect FIs who use Group Access Mapping (GAM).
