Resetting pin numbers for Logins in Voice and Text channels within User Management

You can reset the pin number for Logins in the Voice or Text digital banking channels to the default value specified in your FI's system configuration.

Note

This option is only available for Logins in the Voice or Text digital banking channels.

To reset a pin number to the default value

  1. Go to the Profile tab of the Login pane.

  2. Select Reset Pin.

The pin number is now reset to the default value, and the Login status is set to Password Change Required.
