You can renew the initial password created for end users to log in to digital banking for the first time if it expired.
Initial passwords will expire if the time set for the New passwords expire in __ hours field in the Password Policy in Q2central elapses before the end user logs in to digital banking.
Note
This option is only available for Logins in New Password Has Expired status. It becomes unavailable after the end user successfully logs in for the first time.

Go to the Profile tab of the Login pane.

Select options > Renew initial password.

Select Renew.
The initial password is now renewed, and the Login status is set to Password Change Required. The end user can use the initial password to log in to digital banking, but they will be required to change their password upon login.
