The Transaction rights section of the Customer and User pane allows you to enable transaction types for a Customer or User and set the limits for each enabled transaction type.
Note
Limits can be lowered at the Customer level, but they cannot be higher than the limit set at the Group level. Similarly, limits can be lowered at the User level, but they cannot be higher than the limit set at the Customer level.

Select a transaction type in External Transfer from the list to edit. The list item displays whether the transaction is enabled or disabled at the Group and Customer level.

Select Enable to enable the transaction type for the Customer or User.

The Approval limits column displays the following transaction limit options:

Transaction—The maximum dollar amount this Customer or User is allowed to include in one transaction of this type.

Daily per account—The maximum dollar amount this Customer or User is allowed to transact from a single account in one day.

Daily—The maximum amount or number of transactions this Customer is allowed to transact in one day.

Monthly—The maximum amount or number of transactions this Customer or User is allowed to transact in one month.

Set the maximum amount the Customer or User is allowed to transact for each transaction limit option in Amount max. If this is 0, no transactions can be approved.

Set the maximum number of the transactions the Customer or User is allowed to originate for each transaction limit option in Count max.

Select Dual action to require that the Customer or User get an additional approval before a transaction of this type is considered authorized. This setting can be enabled at any level even if it is disabled in the parent Group.

Select Authorization token to require that the Customer or User either receive a secure access code (SAC) or provide a VIP token code before a transaction of this type is considered authorized. This setting can be enabled at any level even if it is disabled in the parent Group.
