You can perform Customer, User, and Login actions (such as adding a new User to a Customer or launching CSR Assist) directly from the search results without opening the end-user record.

Search for a Customer, User, or Login. See Searching for a Customer, User, or Login.

Select options on a search result to view available quick actions.

Choose an action to perform. You can perform the following Customer actions:

Add User under Customer—allows you to add a new User (and Login) to the selected Customer. See Adding new Customers, Users, and Logins.

Go to Customer's User list—takes you directly to the selected Customer's User list.

Disable all Users—disables all Users that belong to the selected Customer. See Enabling and disabling Users.

Delete Customer—deletes the selected Customer, along with its Users and Logins. See Deleting a Customer, User, or Login.

You can perform the following User actions:

CSR Assist—launches CSR Assist for the selected User. See Launching CSR Assist.

Go to User's Login list—takes you directly to the selected User's Login list.

Disable User—disables the selected User. See Enabling and disabling Users.

Delete User—deletes the selected User, along with their Logins. See Deleting a Customer, User, or Login.

You can perform the following Login actions:

CSR Assist—launches CSR Assist for the selected User. See Launching CSR Assist.

Reset browser activation—resets browser activations for the selected Login, requiring the end user to re-authenticate with multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log back in. See Resetting browser activations for Logins.

Send password reset—allows you to send the end user a password reset for the selected Login. See Sending password resets for Logins.

Set temporary password—allows you to set a temporary password for the selected Login. See Setting temporary passwords for Logins.

Reset password to default—resets the selected Login's password to the default value specified in the system configuration. Only available for Logins in the Voice digital banking channel. See Resetting passwords to default for Logins in Voice channel.

Renew initial password—renews the selected Login's initial password, if expired. See Renewing initial passwords for Logins.

Disable Login—disables the selected Login. See Enabling and disabling Logins.

Delete Login—deletes the selected Login. See Deleting a Customer, User, or Login.
