You can apply fee plans previously created in Q2central to Customers in Q2 Console. Only one fee plan may be applied to a Customer.

Go to the Profile tab in the Customerpane.

Complete the following Digital banking fee plan fields:

Select a Fee plan.

Select an Effective date to be the first full month counted for fee purposes.

Select a Charge account to receive the debits created when fees are processed at the end of the month.

Select Save changes.
