You can add, edit, and delete contacts that receive secure access codes (SACs) and password resets.
Note
Adding, editing, or deleting a phone or SAC contact will not update the Profile last modified date field in the User profile.

Go to the Profile tab of the User pane.

In the SAC contacts section, select Add SAC contact .

In the Add SAC contact dialog, select a Type.

Fill in the contact information based on the selected SAC type. If you entered a phone number, you can select to receive the SAC using Voice, SMS/text, or both.
Note
If you entered a phone number that is not currently present on a User's profile, you can select the Add as phone number checkbox and indicate the phone Type to save the phone number to the User's profile.

Select Add. The new contact is added to the SAC contacts list.

Select Save changes.

Go to the Profile tab of the User pane.

In the SAC contacts section, select the options menu > Edit SAC contact for the contact you want to edit.

Make your changes, then select Okay.

Save your changes.
