User Management is a feature set of Q2 Console that allows FI employees to create and manage Customers, Users, and Logins for digital banking.
You can access User Management in two ways:

Logging in to Q2 Console with Q2 Console credentials, and then launching the User Management feature set.

Logging in to User Management directly through your FI-specific login address with Q2 Console or Q2central credentials.
Tip
Q2 recommends users access User Management by logging in to Q2 Console instead of the FI-specific User Management login page. Logging in through Q2 Console allows you to access other products and features sets within same application and session.

Using a supported web browser, go to the Q2 Console login page at q2console.q2ebanking.com/console.

On the login page, enter your Login name and Password. Your Login name is your unique email address.

Select Sign In. The Q2 Console landing page appears.

Select the User Management tile. Q2 Console authenticates your login and opens the User management feature set in a new browser tab.
You'll remain logged in to Q2 Console until you select Log out or until your session expires.

Each Q2 Console login is linked to a Q2central login. If these two logins are incorrectly linked, contact Q2 Support.
