Check out the list below for answers to the most frequently asked questions about Reporting.
How do I export a PDF of a report?
You can export a PDF by selecting the print () button in the upper-right corner of the page and selecting Save as PDF from the Destination drop-down.
What is Other in the OS tile of the logins tab?
The Other category makes up Q2 Monitor, Q2 Agg Services, and other aggregation services, which are derived from the UserAgentHeader string.
Why is the number of Total sessions different from the number of All browsers?
Q2 has automated internal users that log in regularly to ensure that our app is working properly. These automated internal users do not have a browser associated with them, so as a result, the All browsers value is lower than that of Total sessions.
What is the difference between the IP location card on the Sessions tab and the Address card on the Visitors tab?
The IP location card displays where a unique end user is when logging in to Online Banking. The Address card provides the home address of a unique end user as recorded by an FI.
What's the difference between an authorized transaction and a processed transaction?
A transaction is considered authorized when it has been authorized to begin the transfer process. A processed transaction indicates that the transfer is in progress, and money has left the FI.
Why are there generated transactions (GTs) displayed in my report that my FI cannot perform?
Not every FI is configured for every GT. We populated any possible GTs with 0s, even if the FI is not configured.
Why don't my GTs match up to central?
While Central provides reports at every stage in a transaction, Digital Banking Performance only reports on processed transactions.
Why is my FI listed in the Accounts by institution card?
Your FI may display in this card because CPFM processes both internal and external accounts for categorization.
What are the NONE and ANY product types in the Accounts by product card?
The NONE and ANY product types include products that are otherwise not categorized by product type.
