Sending password resets for Logins in User Management
You can reset a password for end users regardless of the status of their Login. End users may request a new password if they forgot the old one or suspect that it was compromised.
To send a password reset
- Go to the Profile tab of the Login pane.
- Select Send password reset.
- Select a delivery target to receive the password reset. See Adding secure access code (SAC) contacts.
- Select Send password reset.
The password reset is sent to the delivery target you chose and contains further instructions for the end user to follow.
