Q2 Console features and products are represented by tiles on the Q2 Console landing page.

Feature—built-in functionality or component of Q2 Console. For example, this includes User Management and Reporting.

Product—a Q2 or third-party product or resource. Upon selecting a product tile, CSRs are automatically logged in to the application through single sign-on (SSO) authentication. For example, this includes Q2 Co-Pilot, Q2 SMART, Experience Builder, and Q2 Discover.
Several tiles are available by default for each financial institution (FI) implementation. Other tiles require a request from your FI during or after implementation, and may require development work. The Q2 Customer Portal is a Q2 Support site and knowledge center that contains articles, documents, and support cases to assist you.
