Editing Customer profiles in Q2 Console User Management
The Profile section of the Customer pane contains information about the Customer, including their contact information, Customer type, and fee plans.
To edit a Customer profile
- Go to the Profile section of the Customer pane.
- Edit the profile information.
- (Optional) Select Add another phone to add a new phone contact.
- (Optional) Fill out the Digital banking fee plan fields to assign a fee plan to the Customer.
- Select Save changes.
A message will appear when changes are saved successfully.
