You can add or remove CSRs from message groups as well as change the email address message notifications are sent to for each CSR in the group.
Note
Changes to a CSR role impact all CSRs assigned to that role.

Go to Administration > Message groups from the side menu.

On the Q2central message groups page, search for a message group or CSR.

Select a message group from search results to expand and view group members.

Select Edit message group to manage group members. An Edit CSRs in message group dialog appears.

Select the Enabled checkbox next to a CSR to add them to the group. Clear the checkbox to remove them.

For each enabled CSR, add a Notification email address to receive message notifications.

Select Save changes at the bottom of the page.

Go to Administration > CSR Users from the side menu.

Select the menu icon on the desired CSR user, then select Go to Q2central profile.

In the Q2central profile of the CSR user, select the menu icon, then select Edit message groups.

Check the Enabled box next to any desired Message groups.

For each enabled message group, add a Notification email address to receive message notifications.

Select Save changes at the bottom of the page.
