Some CSRs may need editing access for only a few pages of User Management while maintaining read-only access for all other areas.
Use the CONSOLE USER MGMT: View only CSR rights to restrict Console CSRs from editing at the Group, Customer, User, and Login level. Additionally, use CONSOLE USER MGMT: View only: Edit override rights to override read-only pages so that CSRs can edit in specific areas of User management (like accounts or profiles).
For example, Customer and User pages can be read-only, except for account management and transaction rights. The CSR Role in this example would have following rights enabled:

CSR rights are managed in the CSR role within Q2central. CONSOLE USER MGMT rights only affects CSRs in User management. Editing restrictions do not apply to Q2central or Q2 Co-Pilot.
