You can reset the factors that a Console CSR uses for multi-factor authentication (MFA) when they log in to Q2 Console. If reset, the CSR will need to set up their factors again.
Note
This option is not available for Console CSRs in Deleted and Disabled statuses.

On the Console CSRs page, search for the CSR you want to reset authentication factors for.

Select options
> Reset multi-factor.

Choose the authentication factors you want to reset.

Select Reset selected to reset the selected factors. Or, select Reset all to reset all of the Console CSR's configured factors.
