The CSR Users page within Administration lists all Console CSRs at your FI. Use this page to view CSR information and perform administrative actions, such as adding new Console CSRs or sending password resets. Search for CSRs using the search box at the top of the page, and use the dropdown menu to change the search criteria. Select options on a CSR in the table to view actions you can perform on them.
The table on the CSR Users page contains the following columns:

Console CSR name—the Console CSR's first and last name.

Login name (Email)—the Console CSR's login name in email format, usually their FI employee email address.

Tile set—the tile set assigned to the Console CSR. For more information, see About tile sets in Q2 Console.

Status—the current status of the Console CSR.

Production access—identifies whether the Console CSR has access to Q2 Console and its features in your FI's production environment.

TEST access—identifies whether the Console CSR has access to Q2 Console and its features in your FI's permanent test environment (PTE).

CSR Admin—identifies whether the Console CSR is an administrator.

Linked CSR login—the login name of the Q2central login linked to the Console CSR. It also identifies if a login is not linked.
