Q2 Console Administration allows CSR administrators to manage CSRs and configure various aspects of digital banking for the financial institution (FI) within Q2 Console.
Selecting the Administration tile on the Console Dashboard opens the Administration Home page. The Home page has shortcut tiles for Disabled CSR Logins and Locked CSR Logins to help administrators identify and update CSR users who need to regain access quickly. The left navigation menu for Administration will be open by default and will close once a selection has been made.
Selecting one of the tiles opens the CSR Users list with the related filter applied.
Update or remove the filter to complete a new search, or use the left navigation menu to go to another page.
Only CSRs with administrator rights (with the Console CSR type of "Admin") can access the Administration tile to manage other Console CSRs. CSRs with the Can Manage CSR right enabled in Q2central are granted admin rights once they've enrolled in Q2 Console. You can also give admin rights to Console CSRs within Console Administration.
CSRs with administrator rights can also access the Partner Catalog (Marketplace) tile, which allows FIs to use Q2's software development kit (SDK) to create innovative services to offer to account holders.
