Q2 Console is a unified back-office solution that gives employees at your financial institution (FI) the ability to access back-office functionality and Q2 products using a single login. This streamlines the process of accessing Q2 products without FI employees having to log in to several systems at once.
Q2 Console provides FI back-office CSRs with streamlined, web-based User Management workflows and near real-time data visualizations, which give FIs a clearer picture into their digital channel events and engagement. Additional features of Q2 Console include other administrative capabilities, reporting tools, and self-service forms.
Q2 Console is available in Q2's core platform for FIs who meet the minimum technical requirements. Q2 Console leverages a leading identity provider solution, Okta™, for a secure authentication framework between the connected apps.
