Resending login activation emails to Q2 Console CSRs

You can resend activation emails to Console CSRs who have not yet activated their Q2 Console account or created a password.

Note

This option is only available for Console CSRs in Activation required status. It becomes unavailable after the CSR activates their account and creates a password.

The activation email is sent to the Console CSR's email address used to log in to Q2 Console. The email includes a new activation link that expires seven days after the email is resent.

To resend an activation email

  1. On the Console CSRs page, search for the CSR you want to resend an activation email to.

  2. Select options  > Resend activation email.

  3. Select Resend activation email.
