What's new
Updated email templates for successful funding
The Q2 BAO Back Office has updated several of the email templates used to notify applicants and Back Office users when an account has been funded successfully:
- The Q2 BAO Back Office now supports sending an email notification to Back Office users when an applicant's funding transactions have processed successfully.
- The "BAO Funding" email template has been renamed to "BAO Funding After Approval Email" and can now be configured to send when the Card on File funding is turned off. This email is sent to the primary applicant when the application is approved (automatically or manually).
- A new email template has been created, "BAO Funding Retry Email," to be used when the funding process has failed, but the your FI would like to allow the business to retry funding its account(s).
This email can be manually sent to the primary applicant using a new product Action, Send Funding Retry Email.

Additional changes
- Updated the application workflow to include a checkbox to allow applicants to specify whether to use their business or personal address during the funding process.
(CBLT-1224) - Added a new question to the application workflow that asks, "Is your business a publicly traded company?" and then, if the answer is yes, asks, "Is your company traded publicly on the New York, American, or NASDAQ stock exchanges?".
(CBLT-1196) - Added two new answers to the "Which of the following transactions will you perform?" question on the Account Activity page in the application workflow for Cashier's Check / Money Order Deposits and Cashier's Check / Money Order Withdrawals.
(CBLT-1195) - Added support for changing the overdraft options available based on whether an applicant selects to receive a debit card for anyone associated with the account. (CBLT-1248)
- Added new information bubbles for the authorized signer and beneficial owner questions within the applicant workflow for the primary applicant.
(CBLT-1223) - Added a pop-up within the Q2 BAO Back Office when clicking the Decline Application button that asks whether to decline the application without sending a decline email (because adverse action emails can be sent separately from decline emails).
