EVE's estimated deployment time is approximately one month. We will announce a release six weeks before deployment. Releases will include updated documentation that details any new extracts with column names and data types, as well as any new columns and their data types. New columns are added to the right of the existing extract.
We will also include sample extracts containing the top 1000 rows of sample data to the location where files are delivered (for example, Inbound\EVE_Extract\SAMPLE\{Version Number}) for all extracts to help you prepare for the production release.

When building your file retrieval process, it is critical to account for the introduction of additional files or data elements. We will work to communicate any structural changes to the name or format of the files ahead of time, but it is important that your system be flexible enough to adapt to small changes. Expect EVE to evolve.
