What's new

Added Journeys tab

Q2 Discover added a new Journeys tab for individual workflows, which provides behavioral insights on your most productive users in a set workflow. These insights can help you provide personalized guidance to struggling users and better inform your guide creation process. For more information, see the Workflows section.

Added a Completed option for workflow segmenting

You can now further segment a Workflow's segment by Completed status, in addition to Incomplete and Not Started statuses, on the Edit Segment page for a selected workflow. For more information, see the Workflows section.

Enhanced Activation badge customization

Q2 Discover has enhanced badge customization options in Activation to allow for custom image upload. For more information, see the Resource Center section.
