Your FI’s Salesforce Administrator can license and create users and assign them to profiles. The profile assigned to a user determines what tasks can be performed. A Salesforce Administrator has a standard Salesforce license.
The Salesforce Administrator profile is the only profile assigned when your BAO instance is initially set up. All other profiles are assigned by the Salesforce Administrator.
Note
The Salesforce Administrator can create other Salesforce Administrators, but BAO recommends limiting the number of Salesforce Administrators to one or two to ensure system integrity and prevent unintended changes.
To create a new BAO user:
-
Log into CL Originate as a Salesforce Administrator.
-
Select the gear icon (), then select Setup.
-
Access the Users page by searching or by navigating to it.
-
Select New User.
