Q2 BAO Back Office Overview

The Back Office for Q2 Business Account Opening (BAO) is managed within the Q2 Originate environment in Salesforce. You can use the BAO Back Office to track and manage applications that have been submitted by businesses or individuals who wish to open one or more accounts for a business.

Applications are created using the BAO applicant workflow, and then the submitted information is managed using the BAO Back Office. If approved, all back-end processes are engaged, including integrations like Core, Q2 OLB Enrollment, and more (if applicable).
