Additional options available to configure referrals based on expected account activity

Q2 BAO now supports using the following options to refer applications based on how applicants answer the compliance questions on the Expected Account Activity page:

  • Backup Withholding

  • Marijuana Question(s)

  • Hemp Question(s)

  • CBD Question(s)

The status of the application will change to Referred and the applicant will be navigated to the Thanks For Applying page after selecting Next on the Expected Account Activity page. (CBLT-541)

Updated multiple user interface elements to align with new design

Q2 BAO has updated the look and feel of the manual notification framework and new compliance configurations to align with the new user interface design.
