What's new

Added new Denied status

For FIs who have licensed the Enhanced Compliance Suite, Q2 BAO now automatically assigns the Denied status to applications containing failed compliance responses (e.g., when a business is a marijuana-based business, but your FI does not support business accounts for marijuana businesses). Applications that fail KYB/KYC will continue to be Referred. (CBLT-850)

Added selectable terms when opening Business Certificates of Deposit

Q2 BAO has updated the BAO application workflow for Certificates of Deposit to include a selectable menu of term options. FIs can choose what term options are displayed using the BAO back office.

Added new application field for unified business identifiers

Q2 BAO now includes a field to capture a Unified Business Identifier, which is assigned by the state the business is registered in (sometimes referred to as a business license number, business certification number, etc.). Because the name of this value varies from state to state, the name of the field can be customized.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where information entered into optional, hidden fields was submitted to the BAO back office, even when the field was in a hidden state at the time of submission, instead of being removed before the application was submitted. (CBLT-860)
