What's new
Updated user interface design for BAO back office
Q2 BAO redesigned the user interface (UI) for the back office workflow to improve usability and the structure of information. Changes include using buttons instead of tabs as the main navigation element; adding access to high-priority functions, such as approving or declining applications; and incorporating more visual elements to show progress and relationships between elements.
Each page includes additional unique updates, including the following features.
Product Details page improvements
The Product Details page has been redesigned to include expandable sections, making the page easier to use and navigate.
Parties page improvements
Q2 BAO added a new Relationship Graph section and a Know Your Business (KYB) or Know Your Customer (KYC) section to the main Parties page, in addition to updating the design and theme.
You can use the Relationship Graph to visualize the relationships between the parties involved in the application. For business parties, the Know Your Business section contains the results of the KYB validation performed using LexisNexis integrated functionality, and for parties related to the business, the Know Your Customer section will contain the results of the KYC validation performed using Socure integrated functionality.
Additional Service page improvements
Q2 BAO updated the Additional Services page to improve the table oragnization andalso enabled the ability to edit or select each additional service and associate a treasury product with each.
Compliance page improvements
BAO updated the Compliance page to add expandable sections and to add a read-only view of the compliance consent answers provided by the applicant.
Documents page improvements
BAO updated the Documents page to re-order the table columns to appear in order of priority and also added the ability to search by document category.
Policy Condition page improvements
BAO updated the Policy Conditions page to reflect updated design styles and reordered the table columns to prioritize high-value data.

- BAO now supports both the standard Community User license and the Community User Plus license in Salesforce for applicants. (CBLT-510)
