Added support for backup withholding for Enhanced Compliance Suite

Q2 BAO has enhanced the applicant workflow to support backup withholding information. Now, applicants can include backup withholding information on the Business Information page and it will be reflected within the BAO back office as part of the Consent Compliances.

Updated Socure KYC adapter

Q2 BAO has updated the Socure KYC module that is built into the BAO package to leverage the new interface and integration features available in the new version. As part of this change, the policy conditions for KYB and KYC are now separate. Additionally, you can use the Socure decisioning module to determine the outcome of the policy condition for KYC.
