The Analytics () page offers insights into application user activity.
You can monitor how often your users are logging into an application and how active the users are. Their views can be filtered by segment as well as time frame.
Note
If segments were used previously in guide targeting, the same segments may apply to user analytics.
The dashboard includes the ability to filter analytics for set segments and time periods, with available dashboard data including:

Visitor Counts—shows number of visitors, available within set time periods. These include today, yesterday, last 7 days, and last 30 days.

Visitors Overview—shows a customizable overview for Everyone or Last 14 days, providing data on total visitors and average daily time on application.

Top Pages—shows the most frequently visited pages, by number of views.

Top Features—shows the most frequently used features, by number of clicks.

Visitors Over Time—shows the number of visitors within a set time period.

Page Use Over Time—shows page usage over a customizable set time period. Allows you to compare page usage (by views or visitors) for one or more pages and allows full control over time frame and segment.
Note
This widget will show no data until pages are selected, using the + Add Pages icon. After pages are added, the top right link becomes + Manage Pages.

Page Use by Visitors—shows page use by selected visitors.

Features Use by Visitors—shows feature use by selected visitors.

Visitors—shows a record of all visitors since Q2 Discover was enabled. Columns default to Visitor ID, Last Visit, Days Active, and Events, with columns being customizable using predefined available metadata with the manage columns () button. Select download CSV () to download a CSV file and options () to customize.
The Pages tab gives you insight into where users are spending their time inside their applications. Page List also provides an overview of all of your tagged pages. In order for a page to appear in the Pages tab, it must first be tagged.
Note
Pages can only be customized by an administrator.
The Pages tab includes the ability to filter provided pages by set segments, time periods, specific pages, or with search keywords in the search bar.
Available actions for administrators include:

Create—open the Add Custom Pages window by selecting the + Add Custom Pages button. Provide the desired URL in Custom URL and the desired page name for users in Page Display Name.

Download—select the download CSV () icon to download a CSV file of pages.

Manage columns—select the columns () icon to manage columns.

Edit—select the edit page () icon to rename a page or edit a custom page.

Delete—select the delete page () icon to delete a page.
Note
After any changes to tags or rules for a feature or page, that page will display Processing next to the page name. Processing indicates Q2 Discover is realigning or reclassifying existing content and events based on the newly defined rule. Processing time varies depending on your data size. If the Processing notice does not go away in 24 hours, contact Q2 Support.
The Features tab gives you insight on visitor and engagement numbers for features.

Features results can be downloaded to CSV file by selecting the download CSV () icon.
The Visitors tab gives you insight on visitor's last visit, days active, and events.
The Visitors tab includes the ability to filter features listed by set segments, time periods, or with search keywords in the search bar. Visitors with no events can be hidden from the Visitors results by selecting Hide Visitors With No Events.
Visitors tab filtered results can be downloaded as a CSV, using the download CSV () icon.
Displayed columns can be edited or added with the manage columns () icon.
